 Paliocolor |
|
Paliocolor is a liquid crystal polymer mainly applied in optical membrane.
Paliocolor can improve the viewing angles of the LCD screens. Panels thus
look brighter and slimmer. Paliocolor also helps power-saving. Resins and
pigments include high-quality organic pigments which are applied to color
light resistant to RGB color. What’s more, the resins and the pigments also
contain the LAROMER and the LUCIRIN used in UV-curable hard coatings.
In addition, resins and pigments can be applied in the LUMOGEN IR (the
near-infrared absorbents for laser-plastic welding) and the LUMOGEN BLACK
that enables black pigment penetration.

| Photo Initiator |
UV/Visible light can be absorbed by photo initiators that induce free radicals and cation
radicals. These free radicals and cation radicals with high reactivity together form the
chain extension with their constituents (acrylic monomers and epoxy monomers) and
their corresponding oligomers. The free radicals and cation radicals react so quickly
that the reaction of the reactants can be completed in just a few seconds or minutes.
The reaction leads to the formation of high molecular polymers with physical properties.
